Let's be friends
My ceremonies feel totally authentic to the couples they're about because I take the time to get to know you. I'll follow and befriend you on social, we'll set up a WhatsApp chat, and I'm on hand for advice along the way.
Tell me everything
When it comes to planning the ceremony, I’ll send you individual questionnaires to get to know you and your love better, and a joint questionnaire to cover ceremony logistics.
A planning meeting
We'll meet over a pint or brunch at a local pub or café, or online if you’re further afield. We’ll chat about what’s important to you - the vibe, the tone and the structure. I’ll come with bags of ideas, as well as a list of questions of things I want to dig into.
Help with your vows
If writing your vows fills you with dread, I've got you. We’ll talk through the options, and if you choose to write personal vows to one another, I’m there for one-on-one support to help you get it just right.
Readings, rituals and everything in between
Handfasting? Ringwarming? Singalong? A quiz about your relationship? Wedding shots? A tribute to someone who can't be there? All of it is on the table.
Talking to the people who know you best
For weekend ceremonies, there’s the option for me to get in touch with friends or family to get to know you through their eyes. This can be hilarious or heartfelt - and often both.
A fully bespoke ceremony script
Then, of course, there’s the script itself. My favourite bit. I take my time to create something that really ticks your boxes. I can share the whole thing with you in advance, I can read it to you on a call, or we can agree the structure and keep the rest a surprise on the day - the choice is yours. I’ll always leave you with a keepsake copy to read in years to come too.
On the day
I arrive early, liaise with your venue and suppliers, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Then I deliver your ceremony, everyone tells you it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I go home afterwards a very happy celebrant.
A note on travel
Travel to your ceremony is included within 50 miles of LL29. Beyond that, additional mileage, travel time and expenses may be charged. Details will be in your proposal document.
